Each of Duna House’s clients will find the service plan best suited to their needs if they decide to sell their property. Our Standard and Premium contract models offer a reliable solution for everyone in the process of selling a property. With a Standard contract, any member of our team can act as an agent for your property. With the Premium option, which includes additional services, the seller formally entrusts the sale of the property exclusively to Duna House, but thanks to our sales method and our cooperating partners, any realtor can sell the property from anywhere in the country, so our clients do not need to sign a contract with another real estate agency. A Premium contract is our recommended type of assignment, as Premium assignments are also given priority on our website, where according to our statistics, the property is most likely to sell. Besides, this is the contract type with the lowest commission.

DETERMINING THE MARKET PRICE: This is the first and most important step in the sales process that can be the key to our success. Our sales experts help you determine the correct asking price using our extensive database and their market experience.

CONTRACTING: After all information has been provided and all questions have been clarified, we sign a Standard or Premium contract with our clients, depending on their choice. The contract can be signed on paper or digitally.

SALES STRATEGY: We identify the advertising strategy best suited to the property and the seller’s situation, as well as the necessary technical resources and marketing tools.

ACTIVATING THE MANDATE IN THE DATABASE: Our sellers have the opportunity to specify the way we can sell their property. This applies to both the online advertising sites where it may appear and the agents who may offer it for sale.

BUYER RECRUITMENT, PROPERTY PRESENTATION: Using our database and our advertisements, we search for potential buyers and present the property to them. In order to ensure a safe transaction, our agents vet all interested parties over the phone, have them sign a viewing form and they personally attend all property viewings.

EVALUATION, CLOSING THE DEAL: After we have found a prospective buyer, our sales staff coordinate the entire pre-purchase process including the submission of offers and the negotiation or bidding phase.
