I contacted Niki first in Spring 2022 because I wanted to sell my flat in Budapest, VI district. She was immediately available to discuss details as well as take professional pictures of the property. At the same time, she also suggested ways how the flat can be renovated for the prospective new owners and this plan of the renovation was also included in the advertising of the flat. Niki's availability, her willingness to help and her professional advice was very helpful for me especially because I do not speak Hungarian and I no longer live in Hungary. It was really a great help to take care of all matters efficiently. I also appreciated that we could discuss everything in English - and to have legal contracts available in English, too. Throughout the process, Niki kept in touch with me by phone and email, she kept me informed about prospective customers. We frequently discussed the situation and strategy to find the best buyer, which finally led to a successful selling of the property. Once the buyer was found, Niki was very helpful again to finalize the sale legally and practically. She helped me to organize moving out as well as negotiate with the building common representative and utilities companies to end my contracts. She also helped me with all the matters regarding the legal procedures with the lawyers and explained necessary details. Again, I really appreciated that we could communicate in English about such very important legal matters. I am very happy that I could rely on Niki when selling my property. She is a true professional and has done an amazing job.
