Liability Coverage
If you are a registered car owner or an operator of a vehicle, you have to possess vehicle liability insurance (GFB) according to an existing government regulation.
With vehicle liability insurance the insurance company takes responsibility for the damage you caused during accidents, and reimburses the value of the damage to the person harmed.
What to know about GFB:
- You can pay the fee by postal cheque, by bank transfer, by group debit deduction – the insurance company may grant fee discounts depending on payment mode
- You can pay the fee quarterly, semi-annually, annually – depending on frequency of your payment the insurance company may grant fee discounts
- In the case of the lack of valid GFB insurance the Association of Hungarian Insurance Companies (MABISZ) takes responsibility instead of the person causing the damage, but the responsible party has to pay a significant daily fee for the non-insured days afterwards

I am fully satisfied with the work of Erika. She was kind, polite and helpful during the whole sales process. Moreover, she sold the apartment within an extremely short time. I can only recommend her to everyone, I myself will make use of her services whether it comes to real estate sales or purchase.
